Build on Our Successes
- Maintain a financially strong county government with a focus on keeping services at the level our citizens have become accustom;
- Hold the line on taxes by using technology to help county government operate more efficiently;
- Maintain an Aggressive, Pro-Business Environment to encourage existing businesses and new companies to add jobs as they grow;
- Provide an Educated, Well Trained Workforce by providing the resources needed to recruit and retain the best teachers, administrators and support staff for our schools;
- Emphasize Community Support for Education by organizing a volunteer program to help students who may need extra help with their reading and math skills;
- Keep our Neighborhoods and Schools Safe by addressing the root cause of property crime in our community, substance abuse.
Bill has faithfully served as Hamblen County Trustee for 16 years. Hamblen County has made a lot of progress during that time, but Bill wants his hometown to keep moving forward. He has the background, experience and vision to get the job done.
